About our Chef
Mr. QS Chen, our chief chef is an intermediate-level Chinese chef cooking technician in Guangdong Province China. He is employed in Shenzhen "Bingquan Restaurant", Huizhou "Pearl Restaurant", and "Shunji Seafood Restaurant". He has 18 years of experience in hot and cold food cooking. Proficient in Cantonese, Beijing and Sichuan cuisine, won the title of 'Hakka King'!!
